Minutes = Seconds / 60
There are exactly 60 seconds in one minute. Dividing seconds by 60 gives minutes. The integer part is whole minutes, and the remainder (seconds mod 60) is the leftover seconds. To reverse, multiply minutes by 60 to get seconds.

How do I convert seconds to minutes?
Divide the number of seconds by 60 to get minutes. For example, 300 seconds divided by 60 equals exactly 5 minutes. If the result is not a whole number, the integer part gives whole minutes and the decimal portion multiplied by 60 gives the remaining seconds. So 200 seconds equals 3.3333 minutes, or 3 minutes and 20 seconds.
