What is the day number of a year?
The day number (also called ordinal day or day of year) is a number from 1 to 365 (or 366 in leap years) that represents the sequential position of a date within its calendar year. The Julian date format uses this convention: for example, '2024-045' represents the 45th day of 2024, which is February 14th. How do you calculate the day number from a date?
